Definition and Usage
The strictErrorChecking property sets or returns whether error-checking is enforced or not.
When set to false, the implementation is free to not test every possible
error case. This property is true by default.

The following code fragment loads "books.xml"
into xmlDoc using
loadXMLDoc() and returns whether error-checking is enforced or not:
